Yoga and Private Training

Your personalized, convenient, private yoga or training program takes place in your space, my space, or in the yoga studio/or gym with weekly appointments convenient for your busy schedule. Together we create a practice or training session that is perfect for your needs and goals

Physical exercise and movement is known to assist in weight loss, relieve chronic pain, increase flexibility, deal with depression, build muscle and bone mass, amongst other things. The internal work of moving your body is endless. It can ease anxiety and relieve stress while assisting you in building a relationship with yourself that can take your life to places you've never been. I value the opportunity to serve you in both public and private class sessions. I enjoy combining the therapeutic side of my facilitation and coaching in all of my sessions, utilizing energy and chakra work as well as meditation, breath work and nutrition. If you are interested in receiving private instruction, scheduling corporate classes for your employees, or getting together with a friend for your own private sessions, then contact me for more information.

Sessions are 60 minutes and your investment begins at $55 per session. Your investment is customized based on the type of session, travel time and other factors.
